Develop a windows form application for following registration form with database connectivity and display all the records using datagridview in another form.

Note:

Branch name should reflect based on change in Course name.

E.g  if user selects B.Tech in course name, CE, IT ,Civil ,Mechanical should be added in branch combo box.

Course names with Branch names are:

1. Diploma,B.Tech,M.Tech (Computer Engineering,Civil Engineering, IT Engineering,Mehanical Engineering etc..)

2. B.Sc, M.Sc (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology etc..)

3. Medical (BAMS, BHMS, B.PT,MBBS etc..)

4. MBA (Marketing, HR, Finance, IT etc..)
